Beyond podcasting and outreach, 1.S.A.F Ltd provides targeted workshops for young people, professionals and adults that tackle and address;

Racism, discrimination and negative status quo/culture (especially for those of 1SAF DNA)

We provide advocacy alongside our projects in order to support some of the most vulnerable and overlooked groups.

We are also driven by a deep, unwavering passion to reshape the narratives within educational/professional spaces. We don't believe in temporary fixes. Instead, we channel our commitment into delivering tailored empowering programmes that equip both young people and adults with the cultural literacy, critical thinking, and strategic mindset.

We do have a primary lens that focuses on identifying the causes of low black attainment and develop workable solutions to mitigate.

Why?

We have an understanding that when you fix a system for the most disadvantaged or overlooked groups, there is a strong argument that you can make the system better for everyone.
